Refund Policy

Peak Essentials Refund Policy
At Peak Essentials, we are dedicated to helping you reach your wellness, mindset, and functional goals through personalized services and structured support. To ensure fairness and consistency for all clients, please review our refund policy:
1. One-on-One Sessions (Coaching, Wellness, or Fitness)

Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a 50% charge or loss of credit.

No-shows or missed appointments are non-refundable.
2. Monthly Packages & Subscriptions

Refunds are not issued for partially used monthly packages or subscription periods.

Clients may pause or transfer their package once per billing cycle with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing date.

If technical or service errors occur on our part, a full or partial refund or extension will be provided.
3. Digital Products & Wellness Materials

All sales of digital workbooks, downloadable guides, and online programs are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
4. Program Cancellations (Group, Class, or Series-Based)

If a class or program is canceled by Peak Essentials, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For client-initiated cancellations:

7+ days before start date = full refund.

3–6 days = 50% refund or credit.

Less than 72 hours = no refund.

5. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

If you are unable to continue due to illness, injury, or emergency, a pro-rated refund or credit may be issued upon request and documentation.
6. Requesting a Refund

Please email [your email address] with your full name, program/session details, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
